I hope some one can help, please.

I have been having some trouble and thought that reinstalling Comodo would be solve some problems.
I am now totally locked out and unable to access Windows. I thought I would system restore. I am told that windows can't access the specified device, path, or file. I may not have appropriate permission to access the item.

I can't even shut down ...for the same reason.

At present I am accessing your site from another computer.
