Any help will be greatly appreciated....

I would like to use a microphone with my computer. But upon 'installation', it tells me that the sndvol32.exe file cannot be found. I have looked everywhere for this file. I have deduced that many people share my problem, but there is a definite lack of solutions.

Hi Pa_tater,

I assume you have an XP cd, if so drop it in the drive, close the screen that comes up, go to

Start>run>type

sfc /scannow

after it's done checking/replacing, you should be good to go.
