Everytime i use my computer its fine for abit then some program crashes (usualy explorer.exe) or itunes and then my whole computer will do nothing, it wont even shut down,

Ive done system restore to the earliest date possible to no resolution and ive been to the malware forum and theyve said im clean, im all out of idea's now apart from reinstalling The OS,

Anyone help?
