I have tried to download ATF and Malware removal and it declined the transaction. Please help me find a solution to this problem.

Your logs are not showing signs of infection, let's run deeper scan to see what we can find.

Please follow my instructions in the order they were given, and print out a copy of it as you may not have access to the forums during the fix.

1) Fix entries with HijackThis

Please re-open HijackThis and Do a System Scan Only. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

Now close all windows other than HijackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HijackThis.

Please fix the above two entries ONLY if they were not set by your system administrator.

2) Run Deckard's System Scanner

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
