Hey everyone,

Ok here's my situation:

I'm going to be sending out a bunch of direct mail letters to various companies for my business, and I'm looking for some kind of software that would automatically put the persons name and address in a certain section of the letter I'm writing so I don't have to manually go in and type each persons name and address, which takes a LOT of time to do.

I have an excel database where I'd get the data from.

Can somebody please tell me what software can do this? I know direct mail companies do it all the time but I have no idea where to find it!

Thanks SO much I appreciate it,

Jeremy

What you are looking for is probably a "form letter" with "mail merge". You won't require any additional software for this if you have Word and Excel. I won't go into the lengthy details, but I will supply a couple of links where you can find info on how to complete this process.

Really, it is quite simple and will work with which ever version of Office that you have.

Good luck. :)
