I,m getting error message performed illegal operation,windows will now close down . Details say winword caused an invalid page fault in module LVREG.DLL at 017f:32b18b9f, also when I try to open exel. Havn,t got a clue,please help.

Go to add/remove control panel, Microsoft office, change/remove and click REPAIR

Thanks for your reply Gerryf. Apparently I need a disc to download microsoft office from. Hopefully this will cure problem.

I have a windows 98se disc but it doesn,t seem to work when i try to repair microsoft office.

you need the office disk
