So I have been trying to fix this problem for a while. And there seems to be nothting that works.
I have tried countless times. I saw one thing that said reregister regsvr32 Mshtml.dll with the windows xp cd
and it seemed to work for everyone. The only problem is, I don't have the XP CD!
Any ideas of what i can do to fix this annoying problem

You don't need it.
Start -> Run type "regsvr32 mshtml.dll" and press Enter.

I tried that. It gives me this message
"Regsvr32 Mshtml.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found."
"Regsvr32 Mshtml.dll could not be registered"

any ideas of what to do?
