Friend who is not so great with computers, apparently go his computer infected and his parents with a bunch of CRAP. I just reformatted his laptop for him, but his parents computer is still infected and im guessing they dont want it to be reformatted.

So im going over there tomorrow to look at the computer, and any removal tips would be great.
One error that pops up is that Spools.exe has failed and needed to close.

Then there is the stupid popups for fake virus scanners that popup on firefox, Which apparently he has clicked on.............
One of the ones that pop up is Anti Virus 2008.

I will post a hijackthis log later.
