i really nid to know whats better to use when it comes to full3d MMORPG

some say xp but some are stuck on 98 but i dont see a difference...

btw im playing priston tale at Philippines.. and im making a college thesis about MMORPG being the top entertainment for students....

any suggestions are very much appreciated.... TY...
