Toshiba Recovery error

I have a Toshiba A105S2001 that i am trying to recover to "out of box" state. I have tried to recover the computer, i have tried to erase the hard drive and restore everything, in fact i have tried every restore option the recovery disc provides. I have tried two discs as I have two of the same laptop and each time it goes all the way through the recovery process then gives me an error 10E90F0017 every time. Any help would be accepted.

This code is unGoogleable therefore the only possible resolutions up for offer is hardware checks on the memory and replacing the hard drive.
