Access denied message while running setup on system

Hi,

I am getting Access denied message whenever I am running some of setups on my system.

Its giving message "Error Creating Process, C:\DOCUMEN~1\RACHNA\LOCALSET~1\TEMP\IXP000.TMP\update.exe> Reason Access is Denied"

Please help me to solve this.
