Hey, I'm having problems with my microphone headset that came with my New Philips SPC 700NC/37 Webcam. The problem is, I have to put my mouth directly on it for the computer to pick up any sound. My volume is turned all the way up, and I went into the properties and Windows Vista claims the device is working. The mic itself is turned up all the way, and the Boost is 20 decibels. This is a brand new mic, and I've never used it before. There's no support for it on the philips website either, since I bought the webcam, not the headset.
