My laptop's e drive is not reading anything. It says the device is working properly, however nothing can be read . The only abnormal thing is a red circle with a red diagonal line ( as a not entry traffic sign) over the icon of the e drive.
Can somebody help me? Please

where are you seeing this red circle and red diagonal line? If in device manager it might be disabled... double click it and see if there is a box to check to either enable or disable.... it's also possible that the device is non-functional

The red circle is over the e-drive icon in the start menu and also in the device manager

Sounds like it is having an issue with the drive itself... try right clicking the drive in the device menu and select properties and see what it says about it....
