Graphics card problem?

i installed the real driver, rather than the generic windows one. now when i try to play counter strike it looks like the screenshot i attached.
can you help me?

Corrupt memory on the graphics card. Card needs replacing.

the driver from nvidia caused the problem.
it played stuff prior to the driver.
