I have been trying to install SP 3 for about a year and when I run the update or go to the Windows page that has the link for "OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe: Download this file if you do not have access to your installation source or if you experience problems installing the officeXpSp3-kb832671-client-enu.exe file. " a window pops up that is for Microsoft Office with Front Page that is the insert the CD- alert. It says the feature you are trying to use is on the CD ROM that is not available. I don't have the CD anymore, but Im pretty sure that OFFICE with Front Page has nothing to do with installing SP 3. HELP!!

Your post is very unclear. Is this service pack 3 for Windows XP or is it for Office that you want? If you want the sp3 for Windows you can download it and burn it to a CD and run it. You just have to go to the download site, it's listed on the first page. If you want to remove the installation for the Office sp3 we can help you on that too.
