I have optimum online with boost below are my download speeds, it says i am only running at 64% of my providers avg. how can i speed this up? also is 8.4mbps good? i am new to this

Personally i think your doing very well. I have been asking my Provider about why i only get 6820 Kbps down and 466Kbps upload Speeds on a supposedly 15 Mbps line, and they say theres nothing wrong. I usually check mine with speedtest.net. It also seems that most of Brighthouse connections are at the same speed. I'm still grousing about not getting what i'm paying for.
