Hi there. When I try the Ctrl-Alt- Del, I get a message stating - Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator. This computer has never been set up as having different accounts so how can this be disabled. What can I do????

Have you gotten any malware lately? Some trojans will disable TM for their own protection. If you suspect this may be malware caused by all means go to the malware forum and run their scans and post the logs.
