(irritating) vertical line centre of the Screen (CRT -LG) (OS -XP)

Hi friends,

display of a vertical line on the screen.How to get it fine....

Hardware: Intel 845Glly integrated grahics, 128MB SDRAM, P4 1.7 GHz...

Software: Windows XP Proffesional Dual boot Version 2002 with service pack 2...

FYI:
1)the line does not appear initially at the boot time..on BIOS also it does not appear

2) I have 2 OS versions on my system both are Windoes XP (hmmm sounds funny!)...i dont have this problem in one of the windows XP(from which i never connect to internet) and i do have the problem in other windows XP( from which i am always online)...

Please help me out...any suggestions are welcome....
