I recently purchased a new computer. It's now been about 2 weeks and I am now having all sorts of trouble reaching some of the more heavily trafficked web sites (Google, Yahoo, Myspace,etc.) My browser acts like it has been hijacked and yet all the scans I have run seem to show nothing. I have also noticed that anytime I run any kind of search on Google or any other search engine when I try to click on one of the returned sites my browser gets diverted to some other site. Not the one listed under the search and rarely the same site twice.


Having used your site numerous times I am fairly familiar with the procedures for malware removal, but this acts completely different. This is, however, my first time using Vista, as well as the Norton 360 package that came with the machine.
Please help?
