I have tried to do everything....I have run different spyware programs and tried to manually do it and I am pretty efficient with computers so I don't know what to do anymore! I have an empty folder icon on my desktop that won't disappear! I try to right click and delete it....no option to. I try to create a shortcut...it won't create...I try to move it to a different folder...won't work! It is an empty folder with no name on it. I have Windows Vista. Can anyone please help??
