Computers running a little slow..

Ok my computers been running a little slow lately..
I've ran a full system scan with my Norton Internet Security and it hasn't found anything. But i know that Norton sometimes doesn't catch everything, so if anyone could help me out to figure out why my computers running like it is that would be a big help

Just to give an idea about whats going on with my computer when i say "slow" i mean:

-internet running slower than usual
-programs taking longer to open
-there's just lagg all around lol
