Sorry...I missed the part about downloading ERUNT. It's asking about putting the file in the Start Menu folder. Is this the same as the Start Up folder you told me not to put it in?

Don't worry about ERUNT.. It was meant to run before you do the changes via your Registry.. Since you already have done the fix step, the only way to undo it is to invoke System Restore.. However, I don't think doing that will cause you problem.. Try to restart your computer and then try to do the outlook thing, and tell me the result :)

I believe your computer is clean from malware.. So, I suggest you to seek further assistance at our Web Browsers and Email forum.. Link below..
