Hi I have been having a problem with my laptop recently (since last night). It starts up ok but after it is ready to run, I click on something to use and nothing happens. It doesnt respond at all. I did a Norton scan a few days before and it said I may have a "bloodhound virus or something hound. How do I fix this? I can't even get in to do anything. Appreciate any advice.
