Hello all,

I hope somebody can help me.

My laptop is infected by XPAntivirus and Joke.Blusod, at least this is what my Symantec program says.

After your website I tried to perform all you recommend steps, but I don't succeed downloading the updates.
The website brings always the problem "0x8007045A" and I tried already both methods recommended by Microsoft:
Method 1: Upgrade or reinstall the Microsoft XML parser
Method 2: Replace the corrupted files

Can anybody help me? I am totally lost.
