Still having some issues

Topic opened at opening posters request.

I am not confident that my computer is clean because files keep popping up as infected, and my computer continues to have issues. Could this thread be opened up so I can send a final HJT log after I remove some files that SuperAntiSpyware found, along with Kaspersky.

Thank you. My ESET NOD32 showed four infections last night, but it wouldn't let me remove them.
