I cannot send pictures (.jpg attachments) through email. Total size is way less than 10 mg. I am using outlook to send and receive emails. It started when I renewed my antivirus and spyware softwares this year. Is there some way to set accepted size limits on outgoing emails?

When I click send, I get a system administrator message back that the email could not be sent.

I am using Windows XP Office 2000. I have Microtrend antivirus and Webroot spyware softwares.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
