Hi there :)

Nice collection of malware you have, first off I need to warn you that one or more of the infections present has been identified as a backdoor trojan - because of this I recommend you take some precautions and change your passwords from a clean computer (i.e not this one.)

Please go to start > control panel > add or remove programs and uninstall:
Viewpoint <- anything with Viewpoint in its name.

Please open HijackThis again and choose "Do a system scan only". Please put a check next to each of the following entries (if still present):

O2 - BHO: NCO 2.0 IE BHO - {602ADB0E-4AFF-4217-8AA1-95DAC4DFA408} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: Zango - {90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B} - C:\Program Files\Zango\bin\10.3.70.0\HostIE.dll (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: Zango - {90B8B761-DF2B-48AC-BBE0-BCC03A819B3B} - C:\Program Files\Zango\bin\10.3.70.0\HostIE.dll (file missing)
O23 - Service: AFinding Service (AFinding) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\afinding.exe
O23 - Service: AST Service (astcc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\astsrv.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: macidwe Service (macidwe) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\macidwe.exe
O23 - Service: NOBICYT Service (NOBICYT) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\Nobicyt.exe
O23 - Service: perfmons - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfs.exe
O23 - Service: Routing Service (Routing) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\routing.exe
O23 - Service: sobicyt - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\sobicyt.exe
O23 - Service: tdxdowkc Service (tdxdowkc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdxdowkc.exe
O23 - Service: WServing Service (WServing) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wserving.exe

Now please close all open windows except HJT and press "Fix checked".

Then,

1. Please download The Avenger by Swandog46 to your Desktop.
  • Right click on the Avenger.zip folder and select "Extract All..."
  • Follow the prompts and extract the avenger folder to your desktop
2. Copy all the text contained in the code box below to your Clipboard by highlighting it and pressing (Ctrl+C):

Begin copying here:
Drivers to delete:
AFinding
astcc
macidwe
Nobicyt
perfmons
Routing
sobicyt
tdxdowkc
WServing

Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\afinding.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\macidwe.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Nobicyt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\perfs.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\routing.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sobicyt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdxdowkc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wserving.exe

Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.

3. Now, open the avenger folder and start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon.
  • Right click on the window under Input script here:, and select Paste.
  • You can also click on this window and press (Ctrl+V) to paste the contents of the clipboard.
  • Click on Execute
  • Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.
4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:
  • It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Delete", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
  • On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  • After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  • The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply.

Finally,

Please download OTScanIt.exe to your Desktop.
Double-click on it to extract the files. It will create a folder named OTScanIt on your desktop.

Note: You must be logged on to the system with an account that has Administrator privileges to run this program.
  • Close all other programs.
  • Open the OTScanIt folder and double-click on OTScanIt.exe to start the program
  • (if you are running on Vista then right-click the program and choose Run as Administrator).
  • In the Drivers section click on Non-Microsoft.
  • Under Additional Scans click the checkboxes in front of the following items to select them:
    • Reg - BotCheck
      File - Additional Folder Scans
  • Do not change any other settings.
  • Now click the Run Scan button on the toolbar.
  • Let it run unhindered until it finishes.
  • When the scan is complete Notepad will open with the report file loaded in it.
  • Click the Format menu and make sure that Wordwrap is not checked. If it is then click on it to uncheck it.
Use the Add Reply button and attach the file in your next post, do not try to copy/paste it into the post.

To attach a file, do the following:
  • Click Add Reply
  • Under the reply panel is the Attachments Panel
  • Browse for the attachment file you want to upload, then click the green Upload button
  • Once it has uploaded, click the Manage Current Attachments drop down box
  • Click on Posted Image to insert the attachment into your post

Good,

let's use ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:

http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows:

  • Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

  • Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system:

C:\ComboFix.txt
New HijackThis log.
