On Vista Home premium my one hard disk came partioned as above. The C: drive is nearly full.

I have tried Partion Manager and vistas own apps but cannot get any change. Ideally I would like equal sized drives.

Any ideas on how I can make this happen?

Thanks

What have you got on drive C:? Can any of it be moved to drive D:? - A simple solution

An efficient solution is to re-partition and keep different file types apart.

I have an 80GB with C: 12GB as XP Op sys, D: 5GB as Program Files(moved from C:), E: 5GB as Documents and Settings (moved from C:), F: 46GB as Media and G: 10GB as Backup files.

Media being photos, movies, music etc that are used less often, but take up a lot of space.

It is possible to re-partition your disk using Partition Magic or PMagic (the Linux based tool, which I use). You would re-size D:, whose files would be moved, then either add new partition(s) in the space, or re-size C:
