everytime I try to install windows I get halfway through the installation and then my hard drive can't be found. After I restart it won't show up in BIOS, but if I turn the power completely off and then restart, it shows up. I have tried 2 different drives, CPU's and MB's, replaced all the cables. I'm pulling my hair out. Somebody please help.

I figured out the problem. I was having a compatability issue with my dvd-rw. I installed my cd-rw instead and my system is working fine
