I now have cable internet service and what is happening, is I r-ckick a picture or doc, send to- email recipient-make pics smaller and a e-mail box comes up under my old dial-up account and of course it won't send since I don't have that account anymore. It opens with Windows picture and fax viewer. I guess when he first set up his system, the registered programs were with his old ISP...how can I remove it?

Can you go to add/remove programs and remove the old ISP? You can always work around it by starting an email message, clicking the paper-clip and navigating to the photo and attaching it.

Go to your control panel, network connections and see if it's there. Then delete it.
