I just emptied the Recycle bin .. Also I had to remove OTScanIt two different ways. I don't see it in the add/remove or the desktop which is where I probably would have stored it. The last few days are starting to blur a bit . I will scan AVG again Thanks

All is gone away...Thanks for all your help and patience with someone not as tech savy as you are. Previously I did use Spybot, but the newer version (at that time) seemed to slow things down. I will install and use it again. This forum should be very pleased to have you here...Thanks again
