Have had this problem for over a week already.
I turned off my Dell Precision by just pressing the power button
and then when I turned it back on, I got this Blue Screen.
I haven't installed any new software or hardware.

At the very end it says.

Technical information:

i ran a diagnostics test
and when it got to IDE Read Test, it says that it failed.

i can't run it in safe mode either.
help, please? need my computer asap
with ALL my original files.
