XP PRO starts up and I get a Document Folder

I have XP Pro On start the Documents Folder comes up.

I have looked in startup msconfig and I don't see it listed to shut it off.

Appreciate if you could guide me on how to shut it off.

Could be in the startup folder found at start/programs.
