Installmanager.exe Encounters a Problem

Been trying to install UPS Worldship and some other programs and continue to get the error stated above.
We are running Windows XP SP2 I have Also upgraded to windows installer 4.5

Any one have any clues?

Follow these steps to counter this problem:

1) Install all the critical or important updates
1) Install SP3 for WinXP
2) Log in as Administrator
3) Instal UPS Worldship now. Youe will be able to complete the installation without any issues.

This worked for me when I had this same issue.
