Time for some housekeeping
  • Click START then RUN
  • Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK
    Please note that the space between x and / is needed

Oh crap. Does this mean I wasn't supposed to delete items off of my desktop that I downloaded through this process?

Everything you had me download... (atf cleaner, malwarebytes anti-malware, hijack this, combo fix, windows xp recovery console)... those type things that were on my desktop.

Did I mess up?
