Ok, I'm working on the online scan, but I wanted first to say that when I pasted the required text into Run, it claimed it couldn't find it. As far as the next part, yes, I removed everything, I think I took the log before I did that though which is why it says no action taken.

As far as the online scan goes, it keeps telling me that the license has expired and so the initialization fails.

An update on the condition, one of my programs still isn't opening, however, I think I downloaded that one after this infection had started so that might be why....Maybe I need to reinstall it.

It just one program right? Try to reinstall it.

Now, if Kaspersky is not working, please do below..

Lets run F-Secure online scan for Viruses, Spyware and RootKits:
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Start scanning button. A window will pop up.
  • Allow the Active X control to be installed on your computer, then click the Accept button
  • Click Full System Scan and allow the components to download and the scan to complete.
  • If malware is found, check Submit samples to F-Secure then select Automatic cleaning
  • When cleaning has finitished, click Show report (this will open an Internet Explorer window containing the report)
  • Highlight and Copy (CTRL + C) the complete report, and Paste (CTRL + V) in a new reply to this post
If Automatic cleaning with Submit samples hangs, click Cancel, then New Scan
  • When the cleaning option is presented, Uncheck Submit samples to F-Secure
  • Click Automatic cleaning
  • When cleaning has finitished, click Show report (this will open an Internet Explorer window containing the report)
  • Highlight and Copy (CTRL + C) the complete report, and Paste (CTRL + V) in a new reply to this post
Notes:
  • This scan will only work with Internet Explorer
  • You must have administrator rights to run this scan
  • This scan can take several hours, so please be patient

Yeah, it was just one program that hasn't worked that I've found. I tried reinstalling it, and it didn't work again, but I may not have deleted some settings or something, and I didn't bother redownloading the installer, so I will try doing that.

As far as the can goes, it says that 2 malware were found and the computer was cleaned, but when I clicked show report, nothing happened.

The program that isn't working is ubroadcast player. It was working before all this nonsense, but now it tries to open, but fails. I think it might possibly be a problem with the player itself. Anyway, I ran DSS twice and each time it only brought up the main text:
