I've run Kaspersky and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware.

Blue screen on desktop has disappeared and I no longer receive the pop up window telling me I am infected with spyware.

The problem I have been running into is my internet runs a lot slower now. Some pages will not load. When I refresh some pages my computer will restart itself with an error window.

I have been reading up on the programs to download and have downloaded Hijackthis and Combofix. I also have Windows Recovery Console.

What else can I do?
