System Running Hard- Ran Combo Fix Scan

System was running hard so decided to run Combo Fix scan. Was also unable to check system for virus as AVG update is corrupt in 8.0 free version so out of luck until they fix. I would appreciate knowing if Combofix log should be posted as long as files were deleted? Or, would you please explain when it may be unecessary to post log? Your help appreciated!
