There have been multiple blue screens with different types of error codes, including 0X0000008E, 0x000000C2, 0x00000050, 0x0000000A, etc. happening for quite a while now and it appears to be on a constant basis. Also, World of Warcraft does not work, as well as MSN or any program that is stored in program files, when prompted to choose installation dictionary, it says i do not have permission to access my program files in C drive. Another problem faced is that once Windows Updater downloads updates or when Registry Mechanic tries to optimize my registry drive, the restart of the computer stops at where Windows system is loading, a blue screen flashes (too quick to jot down error code), then restarts again and loops like that over and over again. Also, i found a random file in my own JT folder, NTUSER.DAT file and i'm unsure why it's there or what is generating it. I was wondering, is a hacker doing this? Bot? Because when the scans are run by my anti-virus and the other programs that try to spot the issue, it shows tons of files that i find the names of them looking suspicious and infecting my computer. Thank you for your time in looking over this and hope that you can help me identify if its my computer (specifics) , or internet modem, or router that is security enabled.

I have looked at other posts and downloaded Otscanit just for extra scanning, i checked off everything for scanning purposes since i don't have specific instructions on what to check off to scan yet, however it is appearently frozen once it gets to this filepath, C:\Windows\system32\SLsvc.exe, any ideas on why it is getting frozen there specifically? The scan started for around 20 seconds at the moment, and nothing, watied a few minutes and it's still frozen there (Not Responding). So i closed the program and reopened it but this time i followed:

# Check the box that says Scan All User Accounts
# Check the Radio buttons for Files/Folders Created Within 90 Days and Files/Folders Modified Within 90 Days
# Under Additional Scans check the following:

* Reg - BotCheck
* Reg - Desktop Components
* Reg - Disabled MS Config Items
* File - Additional Folder Scans
* File - Purity Scan

This time, it got frozen again but under C:\Program Files\Dell\MediaDirect\PCMService.exe

I also wanted to add that i have already reformatted my computer a few times and many of these files that have the same name keep on appearing in my computer, is it a hardware component or more related to my internet modem/wireless router? Or does my hardware need to be replaced?
The suspicion there is a hacker is because under Computer Management, in Shared Folders, under Shares, i see ADMIN$ (remote admin), C$ (Default Share), and IPC$ (remote IPC)? Not sure if that has anything to do with these problems i've been having. I cannot delete them either, so i don't think i have permission as an admin to do that (thus higher power for the hacker?) Not sure, please look into it. Thanks!
