i have windows vista ....2000 ram ...1.7 dual core cpu ..... now my problem is that i have high speed download about 670kbs but whenever i start downloading my laptop starts to lag ....and am talking MAJOR lagging ....it takes me 3 seconds to move the mouse from place to another ....now i thought i was overloading the RAMS ...so i did everything ...i tried all vista tweaks ....i even switched to windows 2000 interface ....but the problem is still there ...the thing is that sometimes when i restart my computer the problem disappears for like an hour then comes back .....and it seems that my cpu usage jumpes really high ....so i just wanna know if this is normal or a problem ....
