Hello. I am not able to run any defrag programs on my computer. Nothing seems to work. One says, "there are no disk available for defragmentation." Another one just sits there and does nothing when I hit the defrag button. I am running XP. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

For a successful defrag you should have about 15% of your hard drive free.

If you do go to Start -> Run ->type: chkdsk /f /r

Say Yes to do it on reboot, go ahead and reboot and let that run. Then try the defrag again.
