Spybot Search and Destroy

hello, i was just getting ready to play my game, so i went to spybot/opened and clicked on "mode" then selected "advanced mode". From there i clicked on "tools" then on the "resident" shield so i could disable both tea timer and sd helper well i accidently clicked on the option on top that says "archive log" then all of a sudden everything that was in the box below dissapeared? What in the world did i do? Should i do another fresh install?
