No it isn't.
Much can go wrong with a Mac as can a PC.

Gosh, you're right. I really wish I had a Mac now. Oh well, I guess I'll console myself by firing up Crysis or some other beautiful game on my "crappy" PC with its "awful" DX10-supporting Windows Vista...
