*I read and followed the "You must read..." page*

Sorry, I don't know the name of the malware that affected my system...

Anyways, I searched the internet to figure out how to restore my desktop, I learned about regedit, and followed some directions and restored the wallpaper to the black, as it was before. It was then I noticed that my clock was in military time, I searched the internet to see how to fix it, learned how, and then restored it to the normal time.[/b]

So I then proceeded to download and use spybot, which found and deleted a number of problems, save a few that I had to manually delete by ending their processes, etc.

After that, I went to these forums, and downloaded the MalwareBytes, which also found some problems, and it fixed them.

Now, after reading about people with similar issues, I found that the malware that was on their computer did a bunch of things, such as creating pop ups, displaying a virus alert message by the military set clock, I had none of those, just the messed up desktop and clock (this is probably due to my Zone Alarm firewall and TrendMicro Antivirus interfering with the malware)

Summarizing everything, I just want to see if my computer is OK now.

*When using the internet, via Firefox, a got a pop up that was loading, but was titled claiming to scan my computer for viruses for free, I closed it before it could load, I scanned with malwarebytes, and it didn't find anything

Here are the logs from hijack this and the malware bytes:
