THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PRESS "ONE" !

EVERYTHING IS STUCK ON ALL CAPS< (SORRY THAT WAS A COMMA) EVEN THE CHARECTERS< AND I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO> (SORRY THAT WAS A PERIOD)

I CANT TURN IT OFF EVEN BY PRESSING ALL CAPS OR SHIFT

CAN SOMEONE HELP?
