RUNDLL Error

Ever few seconds, this window appears saying:

"Error loading
The specified module could not be found."

Every few seconds it appears, so I can't really play any games anymore. :)

It all started happening after I used Spybot - Search & Destroy, and Run a DLL as an App closed...

Any reasons?
