Backweb Security Notice

I keep getting a popup of a security Notice, but since I recently had that Antivirusxp 2008 thing I don't know how to deal with this. The biggest concern I have is that the certificate is expired... I think. Do you recognize it should I allow it? I keep refusing it. I will try to attach it here, I did a screen print in word.
