Can't load website (both Firefox and IE7)

I cannot access www.neogaf.com on my Gateway desktop with either Firefox 3.0 or IE7. However, I can access it normally from another desktop 3 ft. away.

Attempted:

1) I enabled/disabled JavaScript, Java
2) Tried opening in Mozilla Firefox Safe Mode
3) DNS flush
4) Cleared cache, cookies

Sure, the Google Cache works and all but that's no use to me. Since I can access it on my sister's computer, I eliminated router firewall blockage, IP blockage and modem problems as the culprit.

I appreciate the help!!
