i think it has to do with the explorer.exe because the explorer.exe is crashing so the desktop and everything closes, and then about 6 sec later it will come up again and then it will crash, and so on.

i have windows xp home edition.

if i log into an other user the problem still happens.




i need help it is very hard to do anything because if i click on anything the explorer.exe crashes again.

it is not the computer crashing i think, but i think it is only he explorer.exe because if i have a program open before it crashes i can still use that program.

well it seems like u got a virus in ur explorer , lets try these steps :

1.- open ur explorer or if u cant open it download firefox and use it for these steps
2.- once get into ur explorer download this :

as u can see the informacion is based in spanish language , it doesnt matter for me but i think it will be for u , so u just download the link on the bottom
it says " Descargar ELIFRAME.EXE 1.1 " click on it and u will download it , now once u get the file keep it on ur desktop , do not use it yet alright .

3.- go to :

http://www.zonavirus...95/elibagla.asp

download the file , scroll down all the way down and u will see " Descarga ELIBAGLA 11.66 "

and keep it too as the first file from step 1

4.- then u do the same with these two final files , called :

ELIBAGLA 11.66 01/08/08
EliTriip 5.03 01/08/08

these two files are here : http://www.zonavirus...enero=descargas

so just look at the middle of the website and ull find it
download those two files as i explained u before for the others files .

Once u got finish these steps , use some programs to clean ur temporaries files , cookies , ect.
i recommend u to use Ccleaner : http://www.ccleaner....oading-portable

u can use other programs to clean up ur junk files that are stuck in ur explorer .

Finally u can go to ur CMD : Start/Run/type " cmd "/type " ipconfig/flushdns/ press Enter and thats it
now u can Restart ur system , but make sure to close or ur programs before restarting cuz u can make another crash inside ur system, alright ? so well lets see what happens , i forgot to tell u use some antivirus to make sure u system will saty clean before restarting .
