I need help! When a usb device is plugged in to my computer, a pop-up comes up saying:

Explorer.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x719b664d" referenced memory at "0x719b664d". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the Program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

i am having HP Compaq Presario c770tu Notebook Pc with Windows XP sp2.

In the "Notification Area" of TaskBar i always find the "safely remove hardware" ICON.
i need some sort of help.
